The Vented Hob custom and serenity of cooking on the flame today meets one of the most innovative solutions on the market in terms of aspiration. A modern and elegant glass and cast iron design to bring a technologically advanced hob to your kitchen, developed in compliance with all safety standards to find the right balance between the flames of the burners and a new suction from below that replaces the traditional kitchen hood. The flat grids are carefully designed to facilitate every movement with the pan avoiding the need to lift it to change the burner, while the back cover completes the whole adding an elegant and useful support base. Grease and high performance regenerable odor filters can be removed from the top without any effort, in the same way it is possible to access inner part to clean from accidentally leak out of the pots. In addition a special valve allows the discharge of any spilled liquid, to ensure maximum hygiene to your kitchen.
NikolaTesla FLAME Vented Hob incorporates advanced technological solutions that let us find the right balance so that the burner flames remain stable without loss of efficiency, even during high-flow rate aspiration.
The choice of materials expresses the adamant but elegant nature of NikolaTesla FLAMEVented Hob: tempered glass in black or grey colour combined with black cast iron for the most functional elements.
Four burners of various sizes including one DUAL burner: its double crown with independent ignition for the smaller burner, enables the use of pots with a compact diameter, such as the mocha for coffee.
More space is available both in length and width, for maximum freedom of movement even when using large pots at the same time. Closed cross grids ensure stability with pots and pans of all sizes. A practical cast iron worktop ensures that tools and ingredients are always at hand.
Ergonomic and intuitive knobs ensure simple and immediate interaction with both burners and extraction. The latter can be adjusted by the electronic central knob and the circular LED progressively indicates the set speed level. The burners knobs have an integrated electric ignition and can be operated in a single movement of the hand.
This filter is suitable for the most challenging cooking environments, given its superior ability to filter and purify the air. The new Elica technology is able to achieve filtering thresholds of 82% against the market average of 60%. It can be regenerated for up to 5 years.
Beauty is combined with practicality to simplify daily cleaning and maintenance operations. The ceramic glass is not only a design detail but it is effective in making cleaning operations faster; the cast iron supports are easily removable and washable.
