NikolaTesla Vented Induction Hob Prime S control interface is extremely intuitive thanks to the ALL IN-ONE TOUCH CONTROL, which allows both the 4 cooking zones and the extraction system, to be operated with a simple touch. Continuous research on cooking features has made everyday food preparation easier, thus resulting in two innovative solutions: Warming Mode, that guarantees proper heat levels for slow cooking, in addition to keeping dishes warm and Cooking Timer, that allows cooking time to be set and lets the hob switch off automatically. Vented Induction Hob powerful extraction system positioned in the center of the hob can reach a 5.1 meter per second extraction speed, thus capturing all cooking fumes before they naturally rise upwards. Thanks to the Autocapture feature, the porduct automatically sets the most suitable air extraction power. NikolaTesla Prime S has been designed to offer maximum installation flexibility and to adapt to any kitchen layout. In fact, it fits in both 80 and 90 cm wide cabinets, leaving free storage space in the cabinet below the hob.
A function that does it all on its own. The Vented Induction Hob extraction power of the hood is adjusted depending on the type of cooking that has been commenced. The smart system immediately understands when to reduce or switch it off, thus optimising your energy consumption.
